1. Case Background & Problem Description

The client is a professional industrial motor manufacturer supplying motors for new energy vehicles since 2023. It faced severe label curling and peeling failures: the motor operating temperature reaches 145°C, which softens the adhesive of ordinary PVC labels. Combined with continuous motor vibration, labels peel off within one month.

This defect broke product traceability and failed the strict quality standards of automotive OEMs. Previous suppliers could only provide labels resistant to maximum 80°C, unable to meet high-temperature working conditions.

2. Industrial-Grade High Temperature Resistant Label Solution

  • Flame-Retardant High-Temp Substrate: PVC material withstands up to 180°C with oxygen index ≥32%.
  • Silicone High-Temperature Adhesive: Adhesive retention rate ≥90% at 150°C to maintain strong stickiness under heat.
  • Laser Precision Die-Cutting: Burr-free smooth edges to prevent edge lifting caused by vibration.
  • High-Temp Ink Printing: 6+4 resin rotary printing ensures text and patterns do not blur under sustained high temperature.
